Food Truck Friday

I work in downtown Phoenix, AZ where there is a lot of new and exciting restaurants. Some of the top chefs in the city have opened their own unique establishments in this area. There are also many casual dining and fast food places to eat, so there is a great variety to choose from.

About a month ago I was driving to my office and I spotted something that I hadn't seen before. In this open lot there were about 15 Food Trucks lined up in a horseshoe shape. I couldn't tell what types of food they were selling because I couldn't stop the car. When I got back to the office I told my partners and employees about it.

Since I have been on the "7 Day Challenge" I had no desire to eat food off a truck, but I remember watching the Food Network and they had a show that featured a contest among these restaurants on wheels. I was fascinated by the show because it appeared that some of the menu items were very creative and actually looked pretty good.

Since the trucks are only in this one location every Friday, my partner and several employees go down to the trucks and experiment with different foods that are offered. They all come back with a wonderful story about what they experienced with each truck they try. It has now become a ritual every Friday which is why they now refer to Friday as, "Food Truck Friday".

I must admit I love hearing what they tried every Friday when they come back to the office. They all beg me to go, but I can't bring myself to eat the food off a truck. Then again I can't imagine eating food in a fine restaurant as well. I am so loving my Protocol that has become part of my life. I feel better about myself both physically and mentally. I don't think you could even put a price on that. My numbers have significantly improved and are improving more every day. I feel amazing!

My office mates feel that I'm missing something by not attending "Food Truck Friday". They leave the office and me at my desk with my Isalean Meal Replacement Bar and I can tell they feel sorry for me. How could anyone pass up a chance to experiment with gourmet truck food? I can because I made a commitment to take responsibility for my health which means following my Protocol. When you experience what I have in regard to health, I believe you would feel the same way and want to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Under full disclosure I still eat some food, but it is very little and on rare occasions. I don't eat meat, drink soda, eat sweets, drink coffee, eat fried foods, etc. I think you get the picture that I watch myself like a hawk and it is so easy to do because of the Protocol I'm on. Nutrient Dense Super Food has changed my life and I want to help as many people as possible obtain better health. I did it and so can you. Start today and skip "Food Truck Friday".

  1. Skipping the so-called food truck is a good idea! What passes for "food" is often just a tongue-tickler! Smells great, may even taste great, but goes into your cells and ... doesn't do anything great! If you want to BE great, you have to treat your one and only vehicle to the best fuel you can find.
