Changing Things Up

Sometimes I think out of the box and this idea is no different. How many of you see a Starbucks on just about every corner? How about other coffee shops? This tells me that there is a serious demand for these type of establishments. Perhaps a change is in order.

I realize that changing people and their habits is a difficult thing to do. Trust me, I have been telling everyone about my lifestyle change and they look at me like I just got out of the insane asylum. However, there are some people that see what I see...not many, but some. It is these type of people that we are looking for. When I use the term, "people we are looking for", I'm referring to helping people who want help, but don't know where else to turn.

It all starts with someone's desire to change their lifestyle. If you had the desire to be the best realtor or the best plumber, you would do everything you had to do to get good and it, and it wouldn't matter what got in your way. That is desire. There is no difference in your desire to become healthy. Once you put your mind to it, then do what you would normally do to get a positive desired result. At least move in the direction of that desire.

For me, there were several key factors in helping me on the journey to better health. The most important was having the ability to control what I ate. So desire is number one. The next one is education. Educating myself about our food supply. During my research it became clear that what I was doing by changing my lifestyle was giving me the best opportunity for a better quality of life. I feel energized. When you stop drinking soda, eating meat, foods that contain GMO's, fast food, etc., then you can slowly but surely feel better.

Taking those steps is a big one. For most people it is extremely difficult to stop some of those "bad" habits. No pulling punches here, those habits MUST be stopped. If you truly want to live a more vibrant life and have the quality you deserve then you must change your eating habits. This is where Isagenix comes in. It is because of this company and the food they provide that my life has changed. I know it must sound like a commercial, but I assure you it is heartfelt. I love my protocol of nutrient dense food. I don't eat as much regular food because I'm so satisfied and I have no cravings.

Do yourself a favor and analyze where you are in your life with regards to food. Are you willing to change? Do you have the desire to change? I can't answer those questions for you, but I can recommend an amazing line of food called Isagenix. This is the future way of fueling the body, at least it is for me and thousands of others. Come on, change things up!

The Best Investment Out There

The world is in a bit of turmoil today with rising prises on just about everything including gas, food, energy and the list goes on. If you do have a job consider yourself lucky. The one thing that is puzzling is the stock market continues to climb. I wouldn't get too excited about that because there is a major correction coming. I'm not sure when, but you can take that to the bank.

Ok, so now that I have put a damper on the countries outlook, where do you go to invest your money so you receive a return on your investment (ROI)? There are many places I guess you could put your money like the stock market or real estate, but for a lot of people that just won't work out. I think most Americans are just trying to get by with what they have and don't have a lot of money to invest.

Where else could you invest to receive a good return on that investment? I believe I have a great vehicle that will provide a huge return, but it is not where you think. I am thinking outside the box and not too many people think this way, but I believe more will as time goes by. So what is this brilliant idea to invest your money to get a good return? Invest in YOURSELF!

Over the last three years I have invested in myself by way of better nutrition. By consuming Isagenix  products I have been able to change my life physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Wait a minute, that doesn't sound like an investment. What kind of return am I going to get from that? This is where I lose most people because they either don't want to hear about it or they just can't imagine that taking care of themselves as an investment.

From the time we are born we become conditioned to eating a certain way and usually that way is detrimental to our health. With GMO's being introduced into our food supply 20-30 years ago and all of the chemicals that are found in our water, air and food, it is no wonder we are a nation of sick people. The scary part is that we are getting worse as time goes by. That is why I say the best investment is by taking care of yourself physically. Consuming foods that are good for you doesn't have to be a burden or a downer because you are not eating what you absolutely love to eat. Think in terms of saving on grocery bills, cooking, throwing out food you don't eat and the biggest one of all....your future medical bills.

By taking responsibility for my health and eating nutrient dense superfood the majority of the time, my investment is paying off...BIG TIME. I have never felt better and the chance of me needing medical attention over the next 20 years has been reduced dramatically. Now that is what I call an investment that has a huge ROI. The question is, "do you think health care costs are going to go down or up in the future?" If you answered up, then my suggestion would be to start investing in YOU...RIGHT NOW!!! Don't say, "I'll start tomorrow", because tomorrow will never come. You'll never find a better investment in this lifetime.

The Obvious Solution

Sometimes when things are right in front of you, you can't see them. Are you too close to the "situation" to really see it? Or do you dismiss it because it is so obvious? Either way, slow down and take a moment to realize that eventually you will find the answer.

I know, what the hell am I talking about? I'm talking about the solution to the problem of obesity and virtually everything that you need to go to a doctor for. I'm talking about NUTRITION. It is right in front of us and we can't see it. Is it that obvious? Apparently not, or our culture would change. We would change to eating only healthy food and very little of it. You know, like nutrient dense superfood. I have been on a high percentage of a nutrient dense superfood  protocol for over 550 days and I can honestly say that I have never felt better in my life.

In my mind I could go over everything that I've done over the last three years and try to determine why I feel the way I do. I keep coming back to the food that I'm eating. Oh yeah, the food is from Isagenix. I've made a commitment to flood my body with nutrition instead of the normal everyday food that most American's eat. By doing so I've changed my life by changing my lifestyle. I don't miss anything in the way of "food" like I used to. The reason? I'm so satisfied eating this healthy nutrient dense food that it makes me lose my cravings and desire to eat "regular" food all the time.

If my health didn't improve as it has, I don't believe I would be writing this blog. I'm on a journey to better health. I would love to help others join me on this journey. So far it has been amazing , but the best part is that it has only just begun. Pretty soon this type of food will become the norm in this country and for those who are passionate about helping others get out of the trap their in, well, let's just say fortunes will be made for those who are at the beginning of this major shift in our food supply.

The people who see trends coming are called "early adaptors". I believe that is what we are with Isagenix. This company is growing at a rapid rate and moved up 8 spots on the top Direct Selling Companies. For those who don't understand the magnitude of that, let me just say that there are maybe a handful of companies that ever jumped that high that fast in one year.

The signs are there. We must solve this obesity epidemic and the only way I see to do it is by providing nutrition to the masses. If you can change your eating habits and stop eating all the things that are causing issues down the road, you can live a long healthy life with gusto. Isn't it obvious?

"Nothing Sounds Good"

Have you ever said that? I believe every one has said that to themselves one time or another. You know, when you get sick and tired of eating the same old thing. After all, when you think about it, your choices seem plentiful, but in reality you enjoy the same types of food over and over again. I guess that's good and bad. The good thing is that you never get board with eating different variations of the same food. The bad thing is that sometimes, "nothing sounds good".

Since I began my journey on quality, no compromise products, my life has changed. I used to be one of those people that couldn't wait to eat, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. Then Isagenix came along and everything changed for me. I also began doing research on our current food supply. The two went hand in hand and over a year ago I started to change my focus about food. The week that I experimented with the "7 Day Super Food Challenge" was life changing. Since I have been on this protocol for over 500 days, "NOTHING SOUNDS GOOD" anymore.

I would rather have a shake that has the highest quality of whey protein than any other "food" found in our food supply. I am so satisfied from these nutrient dense foods that I crave nothing, except quality food like Isagenix. It's a funny thing what happens when you put nutrition in your body. It feels better and if your body feels better the more you want that feeling. The more you want that feeling the less you want to eat empty calories.

The challenge that I see people go through is the fact that they love food. Some people are addicted or just plain conditioned to eating food. I wonder if people knew they were poisoning themselves, if they would continue to eat that food. You know what is really scary? A lot of people do know and they still eat it. I can hear the justify'ers out there now with every "BUT" they can think of. You know, like, "I have a wedding coming up", or "it's just one night". Heard them all! Even have said them myself.

What it gets down to is this, how bad do you want to take responsibility for YOUR health? The first step is to make the decision to do it. Then you have to take action. By taking action I mean changing your eating habits. Once you jump in and make the commitment, your mindset changes for the better. Don't be afraid and don't listen to other people tell you what your doing is stupid. "You have to live a little", they say. My answer to that is by eating the way I do, I'm going to live A LOT!!

Flooding your body with nutrition is the sure way to change your habits or at least it will get you started in the right direction. By consuming better food your body will respond with more energy and just plain feel better. That is why I came up with the website www.finallyfeelgood.com  because I FINALLY FEEL GOOD! Do you know what it feels like to feel good? If you answered no, then it is time for a change. Contact me and I would be happy to help you mentally, spiritually and physically.

Food, Food And More Food

Something is perplexing to me. In many countries around the world there are people starving to death. They don't have enough food to survive. In our country people are dying because they have too much food to eat. That's what's crazy and doesn't make sense. We are a nation of food, food and more food and we are dying because of it.

The one thing that does make sense is that the food we are eating in this country is polluted. I know most people don't want to hear it or even think about it, but it is true. The food manufacturers just spiff it up to make it look good and taste good, but make no mistake it is not good for you. I know I'm going to get some push back on this. There are those of you who swear that they eat "relatively" well. What does that mean?
No matter what you think about the food you eat, no matter how you justify what you eat is good for you, it just doesn't cut it.

I recommend a great book by John Robbins called, "The Food Revolution". Do you want to know about the meat industry or the dairy industry? Read this book because if you do, you might not eat meat again and you will turn away from dairy, including milk. It is rather a stark picture that exposes the industries vulnerabilities and the dangers that they are causing you and me. Well, maybe you because since I read that book I have stopped eating meat. It has been over a year and I'm lucky because my wife has done the same thing. It is hard to describe how good we feel by not eating meat.

In a country with so much food you would think that we would be the healthiest nation on the planet. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Since GMO's (Genetically Modified Organisms) were introduced into our food supply 20-30 years ago, we have seen a rise in obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, autism and the list goes on. Do you think that happened on its own? On top of that we have become toxic. The air, water and food we eat has many toxins which is a major contributor to our ills.

Take action NOW. There isn't a minute to waste because your life depends on it. Take responsibility for your health which includes your families as well. How can you take responsibility right now? Try the products I have been on for over three years, Isagenix. Nutrient dense super food that is high in protein, fiber, antioxidants, minerals, adaptagens and so much more. These products are free of GMO's, certified and verified. Most of the products are gluten free and have provided a lifestyle change for hundreds of thousands of people in 8 countries. What are you waiting for? Don't eat too much food, just eat the right food!!

Something Doesn't Add Up

The United States spends over 2 trillion dollars a year on health care. Actually it is probably closer to 3 trillion, but at that point...does it matter? What doesn't add up for me is the United States is one of the sickest countries in the world. You see what I'm saying? Something doesn't add up.

How could we spend so much money on health care and be so sick? Every year there are more illnesses coming to light. Our children are getting sicker earlier. The population is getting older and by 2030 they estimate 50% of the population in this country will be over the age of 50. That is a massive increase in the potential drain on our system. If people don't take their health seriously and do it soon, I believe we could have a crisis on our hands. That is if we don't already.

Taking responsibility for your health is the only thing that you can actually do. I can tell people till I'm blue in the face to eat better or try the program that has worked for me for over three years, but when it comes down to it...it's up to them. The first step is to look inside and decide what you want. Do you want to stop putting things in your mouth that are loaded with chemicals? I haven't even got into a discussion about GMO's (Genetically Modified Foods). That is enough to scare the living daylights out of you.

So what is the answer? We have some of the best physicians in the world, the best medial technology, a ton of medications that can alleviate pain and discomfort. So why are we so sick? I have a guess, but it is only a guess. IT IS THE FOOD WE ARE EATING. Could you point to another cause? What if we actually fed people food that had nutrition. I mean real nutrition that also could help your body reduce weight, build lean muscle, make you feel 20 years younger, etc. I'm no mathematician, but if we did that I bet we could reduce health care costs dramatically.

I often wonder why physicians are only trained on nutrition for about 2 weeks in 8 years of schooling and residency. Oh yeah, because there is no money in getting someone healthy. How sad is that? A world leader that won't do the right thing and educate its citizen's about what is really going on with our food supply. Since GMO's were introduced 20-30 years ago, we have seen a rise in obesity, cardiovascular disease, autism and just about everything else you can think of.

I'm doing my part, but then again I'm one of those people that wants to take responsibility for my health. With Isagenix it was so much easier because eating their nutrient dense super food allowed me to lose my appetite for unhealthy food. I've lost my cravings for all the really bad stuff for you. You know, like aspartame, msg, high fructose corn syrup and foods that contain GMOs.

It can be done, but you have to have the discipline and the desire to change. Once you get that find a program like Isagenix and stick to it. No it isn't fancy, but would you rather look good or feel good? Take it from me, these products work if you just put them in your mouth. If you take control of your health then everything will start to add up!

The Future Is Building Networks

Have you ever wondered why Facebook or Linkedin and now Google+ are exploding? Google+ is coming on strong and it is pretty cool. I like the Communities that you can join. Anyway, these social media companies are huge because people are trying to build networks. If you notice, it is now global! You can make contacts anywhere in the world.

This is why network marketing is starting to make a comeback. It is all about building networks of people. Believe me when I tell you, it doesn't happen overnight. You have to work at it and sometimes it could take up to 5 years, but the rewards can be amazing. Like having a residual income. That means even if you stop working the money continues to come in.

Building networks is a very smart idea. It actually makes sense when you break it down to a simple thought. If you have a large network and introduce products to that network, then your income will increase because a large percentage of your network will buy that new product. In my case, I consume Isagenix products. They are quality, no compromise products that contain no gluten or GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms).

The company has been growing exponentially, but the amazing thing is that our market share is very small compared to the total population. In the US alone the number of people that have never heard of this company is staggering. As I mentioned in a recent post, there is so much information about what products are good and what products are bad. I always look at the result of the products. That should be the determining factor when analyzing the products to choose.

The thing that always gets me is the people that try the products and it works beautifully. Then for some reason, they stop even though they never felt better. Why? It has to do with the feeling of loss. The loss of eating their favorite foods. The loss of that comfort feeling that food provides. You see, from the time we are born we become conditioned to the food in our food supply. It is a vicious cycle that Americans go through. Eating food that is polluted and bankrupt of nutrition. This is killing America and causing health ills for millions of people. This is what keeps the pharmaceutical industry in business.

Start your own network and who cares if it takes a bunch of years to build one. Just sharing revolutionary products in a new category called "food technology" should be reward enough. When you can add income from helping others who want to be helped, then you have a wonderful business model. I believe it all starts with DESIRE. Without the desire to change nothing is going to change! When you are ready then contact me because I have the solution. Remember, I'm building a network and I would love to partner with you and have you join mine. Together we can build a future of healthy people!

Have People Given Up?

Why aren't more people concerned with their health? If they were, wouldn't we see more healthy people? Would obesity rates be going up? The answer, of course, is NO. Maybe it has to do with too much information. I think there is so much out there and the way it is marketed to the masses is overwhelming. The other thing is that it is so readily available that you can have basically any information within seconds. So, I think this has a lot to do with American's not knowing what is real and what is not. What to believe and who to trust is a huge issue today.

Please understand where I'm coming from, our society is changing at break neck speed. We are becoming more automated with technology and we are heading for singularity. The speed that technology is advancing has become exponential. So for this reason, I could see it happening sooner than later. I don't want you to think I believe all American's are this way, but it has the appearance it is moving in that direction. You know what they say, perception is reality.

I personally believe a lot of this "mood" has to do with food. If you can imagine what a nation of  healthy people would look like, then you and I have something in common. I have an amazing solution to what ever they are looking for. Actually I have three solutions to help reduce weight, increase athletic performance and improve healthy aging. What I find is that everyone is looking for an easy way out because they don't want to deprive themselves of the simple pleasure food can bring. Even if they know the food is not good for them.

I tell people not to give up hope. I ask them to do me one favor, to dig down deep and find out what is holding them back from taking charge of their health. Of course, that means a change in food consumption. Again, most people won't give up their favorite food, it doesn't matter how bad it is. But there has to be a reason more people don't stop eating the way they do.

Have people given up? Maybe they say, "If I'm going to die, I want eat the way I want to". That is a terrible way of looking at life. For some people there is always an exception. I'm sure you have heard of those people in their 90's that eat bad food and smoke and are just fine. It just seems to me that those type of people are far and few between these days. With the toxins in the air, water and the food supply, it is no wonder we are seeing our children getting sick and contracting illnesses that were not prevalent when we were their age. IT IS THE FOOD WE ARE EATING.

People have not given up, they are just distracted from the marketing companies and the manufacturers who design their products to be addictive by the chemicals they use. One just has to look inside and have a heart to heart with themselves. I did that over 485 days ago and it was the best decision I ever made. Taking control of my health. Please notice the word CONTROL. I now control my food intake and not the other way around. Take a stand, even if it is a small step. A small step leads to another and before you know it you are sprinting to a new level of health. Don't give up, because it's never too late!

Our Quick Fix Society

Where did we go wrong in our society? We have become a quick fix society and in some ways it is a good thing, but in the long run it is actually a bad thing. There are many examples of quick fixes like; banks printing money to pay debt, women having their breats removed so they don't get breast cancer and giving our kids pills for many smptoms instead of getting to the root of the issue.

I could go on and on with many examples of how we have become a quick fix society and my fear is that we are so far in that we won't be able to turn it around.  As you know I'm passionate about nutrition and educating the masses about our current food supply. The food industry is riddled with quick fixes, but it comes at a huge cost. The cost is the health of Americans!

If I was a conspiracy theorist it would make perfect sense. The food industry provides polluted food to the American people by using GMOs and many other chemicals. Over time these foods take a negative effect on your health so you are forced into the "sick care" system. This is where there are other quick fixes in the way of medications, which are also chemicals, but they really don't cure anything. They are developed to mask the real issues which is poor nutrition and basically perpetuate your need for these drugs.

This is a vicious cycle that will not break anytime soon. Unless, of course, there is a massive movement the other way. If Americans would stop buying polluted foods and demand quality food that contains no chemicals or GMOs, then the food manufacturers would be forced to supply what the majority of people want. If everyone stopped eating products that contain soy and the manufacturers sales for those products plummeted, they would be forced to stop making those foods. We need to hurt them in the place that hurts most, their profits!

This quick fix society we live in can be changed, but it is up to us to do something about it. It starts in my home and your home. It begins with us and taking responsibility for ourselves and our children. We have the ability to rid our lives of quick fixes and get back to basics. As far as food and nutrition, the great news is that it is less expensive to eat quality food over the long run. So not only am I saving money, I'm actually doing something for my body that will help avoid taking medications to feel better.

Eliminating the quick fix is a difficult concept for most people to wrap their heads around because we have been so conditioned to this way of life. Isn't it time to change that way of life? It is such a simple step to take, but you must have the courage to take it. The next time you come across a quick fix, do yourself a favor and STOP and think of another way to deal with the situation. Just becoming aware of your actions will start the process of replacing quick fixes with real solutions that make sense.

Vitamins B,C,D and M

I know that you heard taking vitamins is important to supplement what is going on inside your body. Taking ample doses of vitamin C is really good to help with fighting off colds. Vitamin D, especially D3 will help with your immune system. Most people in this country are vitamin D3 deficient. That is why if you get a blood test and your D3 is low the doctor wants to put you on massive amounts of D3 for a short peoriod of time to get your levels up. You know, like 50,000 I.U.'s for a week.

There is another vitamin that no one really talks about, but it is becoming so important today that it should be discussed everywhere and by everyone. That vitamin is vitamin M. What, you never heard of it? It is such an important vitamin, but everyone forgets to take it everyday. Without this vitamin you couldn't live, that's how important it is. So what is vitamin M? Well, the M stands for MONEY.

Due to economic conditions the US is in a very fragile state, which means that Americans are hurting. They are fighting to find work, pay their bills, eat properly and the list goes on. I know there are some pockets in the country that are doing well, but those are far and few between. My fear is that we are only at the beginning of this downward spiral. Have you seen health care costs lately? How about the cost of energy or food?

I hope you can start to see the need for more vitamin M. Most Americans need this vitamin, but they don't know where to get it. Of course, you could continue looking for a job and if you don't have one I would recommend that, but there is another way to receive vitamin M. That would be to go into business for yourself. I know what you're going to say, "How could I go into business for myself when I have no money to do that"? Well, it's that type of thinking that got you into your current situation in the first place.

In order to get more vitamin M you have to think outside the box. I first ask people if they eat food. The answer to that is pretty simple, everyone does. So, if you eat food then you can start your own health and wellness business for about $200. All you have to do is shift your grocery dollars from empty calorie food to nutrient dense superfood. Once you do that the next step is helping others do the same by referring them to eat better food. A couple of referrals and you are on your way to increasing your vitamin M.

You see, to start your own business is simple. Just eat better food, tell others about it and collect more money. You don't need any skills in running this business or inventory or employees. All you need to do is spread the word about an alternative food supply that will make people healthier. It sounds so simple. So why doesn't everyone do this to increase their vitamin M? I can't answer that question because I don't know what would stop someone from helping others gain control of their health. What I can tell you is that the opportunity is right in front of you if you are willing to invest some time and to switch some of your grocery dollars to quality food.  If your interested in learning more about vitamin M please contact me as soon as possible. The first step to helping yourself financially is to help others first. My goal is to help YOU.

2013 Money Or Health?

I'm sure 2013 started out as any other year for most Americans. There is always that feeling a of a fresh start to the new year that brings so many people hope for a better year. All sorts of resolutions are promised such as weight loss and more exercise. The typical American begins to fade from those promises in a short time and they find themselves back in the same old routine.

It happens every year and I'm sure that 2013 will be no different. How about you? Did you promise yourself something for this year and are you starting to fade from that promise already? We are moving toward the end of January so if you stuck it out this far you should be feeling pretty good. January is a long month and it actually seems longer once you make those promises to yourself.

Is 2013 the year that you decide to make a commitment to your health? There are different levels of commitment, but none the less, a commitment is a commitment. My question is, "Are you afraid to make a commitment because you think you won't be able to stick to it"? I believe a lot of people fear they won't be able to follow through so they don't make it in the first place. Then again, maybe they don't make a commitment because they think everything is fine the way it is. They don't believe they have to do anything to change in order to improve their health.

This year could be different if you truly have the desire to change your habits from bad to good. Everyone starts out with the right intention, but seems to get derailed for many reasons. I believe the biggest reason is money. It isn't cheap to eat quality food and maintain it over a long period of time. Money seems to be the biggest challenge for most people. I find this interesting because, for me, I would rather spend the money on my health than to keep pouring money into food that isn't getting me closer to better health.

As I have mentioned many times in my posts, the food in this country is actually killing people because it is bankrupt of nutrition and it is polluted. Most people don't like to hear that because that would ruin their eating experience. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you continue eating food the way you do, the chance of you contracting an illness or disease goes up exponentially. At that point the cost of quality food will look like a bargain compared to your medical costs.

So, what will it be in 2013? Spend a bit more on quality food or spend more on health insurance? I often ask people this question, "On a scale from 1-10 how important is your health?" Everyone is always quick to say a "10", of course. It may be important to most people, but their actions don't justify their desire to be healthy. In order for you to change your health, you have to change the way you eat. It doesn't get more basic than that. The vehicle that got me to change the way I eat is Isagenix. Nutrient dense food that helps release weight and builds lean muscle. I have made my choice, how about you?

Good Health Is Money In The Bank

Anyone out there feeling the squeeze in their wallets? Have you received your 2013 renewal for your health insurance yet? Notice anything different? How about your first paycheck of the year? Pacheck a bit lighter?
The only way you haven't noticed is if you don't have a job. Folks, this is just the beginning.

When money gets tight most people go into a different mode. That mode is becoming more efficient and maybe giving up some things that they don't want to give up. I mean, do you really need to super size something? How about basic neccesities like cable t.v.? Have you seen the cost of just watching television?
We just got an e-mail informing us that our DirectTV bill will be going up. As if it wasn't expensive enough to watch our favorite shows, now it will be more expensive. When will it stop?

Getting back to healthcare, I'm blown away at the premium increases I'm seeing. My small company just got a rate increase for 2013 of 27% and we cover 75% of our employees premiums. How can we obsorb that and not raise our rates? Our agent told us to expect a possible 50% increase in 2014 when Obamacare kicks in. Are you kidding? It seems like I'll be working just to pay for my healthcare. Or will I?

This is where my choice comes in. I'm choosing to take responsibility for my health and by doing so I can reduce my medical costs significantly. Maybe more people will WAKE UP and realize that they can make a difference in their premiums by choosing to take care of themselves BEFORE they get sick. Once you get an illness or disease...it's too late. You will be at the mercy of the insurance companies and will have to pay what they are offering. That would be less coverage for more money.

So often I approach people about Isagenix and they might try it and like it, but then they tell me that they can't afford it. It costs too much. My response is, "Compared to what"? Does it cost as much as being treated for cancer? How about cardiovascular disease? I could go on forever with every illness and disease you can think of and I can make the point that the products I take from Isagenix are cost effective.

You see, by flooding my body with nutrition with powerful protein, minerals and antioxidants, I am basically creating my own wellness program. Do you have to give up some of your favorite foods and bad habits? Yes, but then again, what is the alternative? By spending the money on quality food I will be saving so much money for years to come. Not to mention the fact that I will have a better quality of life. Is there some discipline involved? Again, yes there is, but don't you think it's worth it?

By taking responsibility for my health NOW, I feel like I'm creating a savings plan. The savings is in my health care costs. I truly believe by becoming disciplined in your food consumption you will have better health. By having good health....is like money in the bank.
