Shift Your Spending

When I started out in Isagenix I was just a product user and I went through the same thought process that most people go through. That thought process is, "Can I afford to spend this money every month?" At first everyone is probably thinking the same way because money is tight and you don't have a lot of extra money to spend, especially on health products. Then something happened to me that was a bit unexpected. I started to feel better and I was only taking the Isalean Shakes and the Body for Life Cleanse. How could a shake and this cleanse liquid make me feel so good?

I know I have talked about this in the past, but the shakes are not your normal protein shakes. So in this transition I shifted my food money to products that actually helped my body to optimize my health. What a concept! I finally took responsibility for the fuel I was putting in my body and I am so glad I did. Now, I actually spend less on food that is not good for me and shifted my budget to food that is great for me. Telomere Basics

Very soon you will be hearing a lot about telomeres and the effects of lengthening them for one to extend life beyond the average of 70 to 80 years. Not too long ago the average life expectancy in the US was around 40 years old. With the advent of modern medicine and developing breakthrough surgeries the life expectancy has increased to the current 70 or 80 years. Still, when you get up there in age the quality of life is in question. People rely on medications for all types of illnesses and are handcuffed without them. The drug companies are making a fortune supplying the American people with these life altering drugs, but are they really life altering? Don't get me wrong, there are wonderful medications out there that do have positive effects for those in need, but it is the dependency on those drugs that is the scary part. At the tip of our replicated DNA is an enzyme called telomerase. When we are conceived the telomere is only 15,000 basis in length. When we are born it is reduced to 10,000 and when we die it is 5,000. You could go get a blood test right now to determine the length of your telomere.

There are many factors that will effect your telomere such as smoking, eating poorly, not exercising, and basically not taking care of your body. Many of these factors will lead to the shortening of your telomere. Well if that is the case, couldn't you reverse the shortening by not doing those harmful things to your body? The answer is YES. The big question is if you knew that you could extend your life would you change your current habits to reduce the telomere shortening that is going on inside you?

Discipline The Disappointment

If you ever go into your own business there are going to be times that you look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, "What the hell am I doing?" Now, if I had a lot of investment in the business I would do everything I could to keep it going because of the financial loss I would take. Under those circumstances it doesn't matter what comes up, you have to work through it and hope that other issues don't come up so you can stay above water. In this economy you really don't have much control over it so the business might have to go under. That could be a very large financial loss and it would be hard to come back from that.

What if you're an employee and you do a great job, but because of the economy you don't get a raise or you get a very small one. You don't get that promotion you thought you were going to get and now your stuck in a job that you really don't like and you can't get another one because jobs are scarce.

These are two examples of huge disappointments that we sometimes face and I know there are many other ones that you could probably think of. We are all going to face these disappointments at one point or another in our lives, but it is not the disappointment that we have to worry about. We should be focusing on how we react to these feelings. We must learn to discipline the disappointments in our lives. What does that mean? It means don't let it get you down because there is a reason these things happen to you. Don't look at it as a bad thing, but a good thing. Everything is as it should be in our lives because our thoughts create our world. If you have positive thoughts all the time and know what you want your life to look like, then those disappointments are meaningless. They are there to challenge you and get you out of your comfort zone. Master this and you will have everything you want in life.

In Network Marketing, the disappointment comes when you talk to a lot of people and they don't see what you see. Often times that is enough to make someone quit or take many steps backward. If you feel this way the first thing you must do is go back and look at your BELIEF. Does the product work for you? If it is "YES", than what is the problem? Are you going to let someone talk you out of what you believe in? Once again, learn to discipline the disappointment. Don't ever let anyone steal your dreams if you believe in something. Focus on the end result and those disappointments will not even enter your consciousness.

Positive Thoughts Are Powerful

The last couple of days have been crazy for me because I'm not only busy at my conventional job, but my Isagenix business as well. Things are starting to get fun. If you put in the work and never stop then good things will happen for you. Have you ever heard Jim Rohn tell the story about the sower?  He said the sower kept sowing good seed and never stopped. A lot of the seed just died or faded away, but eventually the seed will fall on fertile ground. The best part of the story is when he said, " IT ALWAYS WILL!" I have been pretty enthusiastic every day because I know that I'm making a difference in someones life, and I know that I'm making a huge difference in my OWN life. By helping other people get what they want, I can have anything that I want. How about that for a philosophy?

I guess the point I wanted to make is that I'm expanding my comfort zone and that is why all good things are happening for me. If you keep a positive attitude all the time and focus on what you really want, then all that is wrong in your life will just fade away. You just have to trust it. The more you trust it the more you will have.

What is happening for me today didn't just happen over night. It was my thoughts that got me here. I started to change the way I thought about my situation and realized that I am where I am because of the thoughts I had in the past. When I found out that I could think about good things and good things will manifest, I finally realized that I can have whatever I want through my thoughts. Thoughts are extremely powerful!!! If you use them properly you know what you could have? YOU COULD HAVE IT ALL!!!

Start Your Own Business...NOW!

You would have to be living in a cave not to realize that the economy is in real trouble and we are in jeopardy of feeling the full effects of its wrath. I believe that we are going to see gas prices and food prices continue to climb out of control. More people will not be able to afford basic commodities and therefore lead to more job losses and mortgage issues. It is a vicious cycle and there are not too many places to turn for help. A lot of people have to work 2 or 3 jobs just to make ends meet. The challenge is that there are no jobs out there to be had. So if you need money what do you do?

One good alternative is to start a business of your own. A business that you can start up with very little investment, no employees, no real estate costs, and virtually no other expenses. Anyone could get into a business like this if they wanted to, ANYONE. There is only one industry that will make this a reality and that is Network Marketing. If you cringed when I said those two words then you either don't understand the industry or you believe something about it that isn't true. I'm not going to tell you that there haven't been companies out there that have questionable practices, but that is going to happen in ANY industry.

What I'm talking about is building an asset. Remember that an asset puts money into your pocket. By building a network of people who want better health and additional income you are creating your own economy. You won't be relying on any boss or the government for your income. You are in control of your own destiny and therefore don't need to worry about the economy collapsing. Take charge of your life for once in your life. No one said this business was easy and if they did they weren't telling you the truth. The truth is that you actually have to work at it, but to succeed at anything requires work. What are you willing to do to be successful?

Let's say you wanted to start a conventional business and were really excited about it. You would not only invest your money, but you would invest your time. You would read trade publications, go to networking events, get involved in the community and soak up as much info you could so you could be prepared to grow your business. I Can Feel It...

As we get closer to launch in Aug., I can feel something changing out there. There is this optimism that people are finally taking notice of what I'm telling them about Product B. They're not there yet, but it is a start. Occasionally you will find someone who sees it right away and good for them. This Has Never Happened Before

The Network Marketing industry has been around for over 50 years and it has come a long way since its inception. The industry has always been known to deliver higher quality products that fills many needs that we face today. Instead of a company spending millions of dollars on advertising and shelf space, they use a network of product users to spread the word and reward them with a commission for doing so. For me that is the ultimate way to target your market. There is a reason they say word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising.

There are many great Network Marketing companies around today. They all deliver high quality products and each has a very specific niche. There is, however, a lot of duplication among the companies because they all want to capitalize on the next trend. That is why you see so many companies moving toward Anti-aging. There must be a reason for that and it is because America is getting older and everyone wants to be younger. Putting It In Perspective

Have you ever heard of a drug called Lipitor? I'm sure you have seen it advertised on T.V. or in print. It is a blockbuster drug that helps control cholesterol. No More Gold Watches...

Does something feel different about the job market and the economy? Are the days of working for one company for 40 years and retiring with a gold watch gone? Is the feeling of job security also a thing of the past? I have to answer all of these questions with one word...YES.

If you haven't read Robert Kiyosaki's new book, "Business In The 21st Century" I would highly recommend it. He discusses the way things used to be and where the trends are moving in the present and the future. We as a society are moving away from traditional business and moving toward an entirely new business model. Remember the old days when our parents told us to go to school and get good grades so we can then work for a good company and spend the rest of our lives working for one company? What an opportunity to climb the corporate ladder, but the only problem was that the view was always the same on that ladder. You are always looking up at the other persons backside. It could take years of climbing that ladder to get to the top and only a small percent of people would get there. But with that came security. Knowing that you had a job with a steady paycheck was worth the slow climb because it took some pressure off.

That was then and this is now. As the economy continues to tailspin a lot of people are lost without that security. I don't know if they realize that there are many other ways to make a living and still live the life you always wanted to live. When you are presented with a down economy that is the best time to start your own business. Am I out of my mind for saying that? NO. When economic times are challenging is when you want to start a business. The statistics are clear that the majority of Americans would like to own their own business. They just don't know how to go about it. When times are tough is when the entrepreneurial spirit comes alive.

But Jay, I don't have the money to start a business! You don't need a lot of money to start a business if you choose the business of the 21st century...Network Marketing. The cost of entry is very low and the ongoing expenses are minimal. You want to choose a company that you have some interest in and then just share that with other people. Most people don't look at this industry as a viable alternative to the security of a job, but in this economy is there such a thing anymore? I would rather depend on my efforts and create my own economy than work for someone else and never know when the other shoe is going to drop.

Before you say no to this idea do some research on the industry itself. If you want to be in business for yourself and help others do the same without a huge investment, then I recommend you look into the future of business in the US. This is not just about making money or taking great products that will benefit your life. This is about self development and getting out of your comfort zone to become the person you always wanted to be. Becoming a leader and helping those that want to do the same, but just need your help. Serving others leads to GREATNESS!

In Order For Things To Change...

Where are you in your life right now? Are you happy with all aspects of your life? Have you taken an accounting of the last 5 years and evaluated where you should be? So many questions, but how many of us even ask ourselves these questions? We may not ask ourselves these questions, but the thoughts are there. If you are not happy at your job or maybe you don't have a job then what are you doing about it? You know you are not making the money you want to and you feel that there is no way out because of the economy, now what?

The easy answer to all of these questions is....CHANGE. The hard part is taking action to CHANGE! If there is something lacking in your life right now, whether it is a job, money, a relationship you must realize that if something doesn't change then it never will. O.K., so I think most of us realize that in order for things to get better in our life we have to change some things if we are not happy.

Now we have to figure out what to change. It is your lucky day because I'm going to tell you what you have to change in order to have the things you want in your life. Actually, there is only one thing that has to change in order for everything in your world to be better. YOU! That's it. See how simple that was? All you have to do is change you.

I know you have heard that before, but what are you willing to do to change you? Are you willing to stop watching t.v.? Are you willing to start eating better or exercising? Are you willing to do something you love to do without worrying about money?  Don't tell me what you are willing to do, tell yourself. Once you decide on something then follow through and don't give up because it is too hard. Don't give up because the easy way out is doing the same things that you were doing to warrant the change in the first place.

I know it sounds so easy, but it is not. You have to first decide on what you want your life to look like, then move in that direction. Take daily steps to get to that place in your mind and when you want to quit..keep going. This is critical because if you don't quit then you are finally coming out of your COMFORT ZONE. Once you come out of that zone, you are on your way to changing your life. Any challenge that comes up will be no match for your desired end result. Where YOU are going is so much bigger than any challenges that come up, so those issues become so small and insignificant that you don't even give them a second thought. In order for things to change...you have to change! The first step is to figure out where you want to be in your life. You can't change anything if you don't know that!

Calorie Count On Menu

Ok, so I just read about the new law coming in 2012 that requires restaurants with 20 or more locations to post the calorie count of the food items on their menus. The reason the government wants to make this a law is because of the obesity crisis in the US. There are some restaurants that have already started this process and some of the results are in. If you had to guess if the new law had an effect on what people chose to eat, would you think they changed their mind after reading the calorie content of the food? One recent study showed that when the calorie count was posted the average number of calories eaten was 901. When the calories were not posted the calories consumed was 1,021. Not much of a difference.

I believe that the new law will benefit those people who are taking responsibility for their health. If you are already in the mode of eating healthy and watching your caloric intake, then yes this would benefit you greatly. I know it would for me because when Gina and I go out for dinner, I'm basically guessing what the calorie count of the foods are. Not only do I have to contend with the calorie count I'm also concerned about the food itself. Is it processed? Are there pesticides on it? Was the meat injected with steroids or antibiotics?

Am I the only one that thinks like this? I know that when you go out to a restaurant you don't want to think about these things because you want to have a good time and enjoy yourself. At the same time I want to take care of me. If you have read my posts you will know that I take responsibility for what I put into my body and it is paying off in spades. By taking the Isagenix products I know what is going into my body and that I am receiving everything my body needs to create optimal health. So when I do go out to restaurants I want to continue taking responsibility for what I eat.

If the new law can affect any percentage of change in what people order then that is certainly a start. If it gets you to start thinking in terms of healthy choices then I guess it isn't a bad thing. I know a lot of people will argue that the government is interfering in our lives and on one hand I agree, but I also believe that information is powerful. If you know the calorie count of the food on the menu then there is a chance you will change your mind and eat something with less calories and sodium.  It really boils down to one thing and that is YOU. Don't wait for the government or anyone to make you count calories or get healthy. Take the first step and take action on your own health by becoming aware of the food you eat. Once you take responsibility for the food you eat then you are in total control. If you have never been in total control then I recommend you get there. That is the first step in changing your life!!

Not Sure If I Can Afford It..

When people tell me that they want to change the way they think about food or they want to get healthy, I begin to wonder how serious they really are. Even though most people are aware of the pollutants that are in the food we eat they still have a hard time committing to changing the way they eat. After I get done educating them on the benefits of eating nutrient dense super food and cleansing the cells of toxins, I can tell they understand and it actually makes sense to them. The next obvious question is , "how much does a system like this cost?" I tell them that they can literally change they way they think about food, have increased energy, lose cravings for sweets and other really bad things for as little as $5.00 a day.

Maybe I'm missing something, but this is a no brainer. Providing my body essential minerals, vitamins and nutrients that will help me today and in the future for as little as $5.00/day. I then compare what they are currently eating and spending on food per day and start adding up the calories that people eat. I know it is hard to compete with fast food and all processed food because fat equals flavor. Also the cost of fast food is pretty cheap. So how come people think they can't afford my product?

The biggest reason is because they can't comprehend that with the Isagenix products they will be spending less on food. I can only speak of experience and I am here to tell you that my food bills have gone down DRAMATICALLY. Since I have been on these products my refrigerator is basically bare. I go to the market maybe twice a week for a few items like bananas and yogurt. Food to me is not what it used to be. It seems like in America everyone is constantly thinking about food. When you are having lunch your mind is already thinking about where you are going for dinner. Food is like an event in this country and there is only one way to stop those thoughts...TAKE ACTION.

But I can't spend an extra $150.00 per month on food. Really? Then how serious are you about putting quality food into your body? If you are truly serious about your health and what goes into the miracle called your body, then stop spending money on junk food and crap that you don't need and start to take responsibility for your health! If you think eating healthy with nutrient dense food is expensive, then wait until you see the cost of your medical bills in the future. We don't know what the future holds for health care in this country, but my guess is that it is not going to get less expensive. Unless, of course, you get healthy and plan on taking Product B. It is not too late to take action and right the ship. I'm not telling you that you can never eat anything fattening again, but I am telling you that if you continue on your current path you will have a much greater chance of health issues. What would be less costly, eating quality food that your body is screaming for or going to a doctor or a hospital? Make the right choice and know that you can afford these products if you are serious about your health.

Are You a Skeptic?

I have been talking about this new revolutionary product that is due out in Aug. for a while. We refer to it as Product B. The B stands for BILLION. The reason for the "B" is because the company believes that this could be a Billion dollar product. Can you imagine that? A Billion dollars in sales from one product. Please try and wrap your head around that. What is the most amazing thing about this launch is that you and I and everyone who sees it can get involved and be a part of history. Years from now you could say, "I was there when this product launched and I took full advantage of it." Or you could say, "Jay told me about this, but I thought this was a scam. I didn't think it was real. I wish I listened to him."

There are always going to be skeptics about everything. I don't have a problem with skeptics, but what irks me is that people won't even investigate this product or the company for themselves. Most people will talk to their friends or family and get an ear full of how this is "one of those things." I have to ask those people that are taking advice a question. The people that are giving you this advice, are they wealthy? Are they living their dreams?  Did they do any research about this product? Are they an expert in telomeres research? If not, do not let ANYONE steal YOUR dreams, especially a skeptic. Do your own research and if you find that this is not for you then I can accept that. Don't listen to people that are negative because they know they can't do what it takes to build a residual income. This is not a get rich quick scheme. You do have to work at it, but the rewards are what dreams are made of.

Dreams are different for every one, but for me it is time freedom. Doing what I want, when I want and not even a thought about the cost. What is your dream? If you have strong enough dreams and you focus on them, you will never see another skeptic in your life. As a matter of fact, you will be able to eliminate every negative thought that is thrown at you and still move forward. That is POWERFUL!

Skeptics...this product will change everything we know about the health care industry, life insurance, the medical profession and so many other segments that it reminds me of other paradigm shifts that occurred in this country. The wheel, electricity, automobile, Internet, just to name a few. This might be the biggest of them all!!! Would You Buy The Product If...

The sign of a truly good company is one in which you buy the products with or without a business opportunity attached to it. In my case, I will be on the Isagenix products forever because I love the way they make me feel inside. I haven't had this feeling for so long that I almost forgot what it feels like to be completely satisfied and have a sense of well being. Now because I feel so good I want to share that with other people. Wouldn't you? The benefits of telling others about it with this company is that I receive a commission for referring others to these amazing products.

Are there other companies out there that pay you for referrals? There are hundreds of them, but the difference is in the products. How many juice companies are there? How many make-up companies are there? My question still remains...would you buy those products if you couldn't make money telling others about them? That is the benchmark for me. I chose Isagenix because of the products and what they do for me. There is no other company that is addressing pressing issues today such as toxicity, environment, obesity, and anti-aging. This company is positioning themselves for the explosion of baby boomers moving into this new industry called Wellness.

So, would I take these products if I couldn't make money with this company? The answer is YES!! As a matter of fact, the companies retention rate is above 80%. After Aug. and the launch of the most revolutionary product in the 21st century, I'm guessing that the retention rate will move up substantially. That speaks volumes for a company that just began 9 years ago with a great product and a dream to create WORLD HEALTH. I don't think too many companies would reach a billion in sales if the products didn't work.

So, if you are in a company that pays you for sharing the products and you are just buying the products so you can earn money, then I suggest you find another company. You should be looking at a company for the products first. They should fill a need that you have and something you would like to change about yourself. Once you find that company and the products work and you are completely satisfied, then your belief level will go through the roof. When you reach this point you know that no matter what anyone says you will not stop using the products. You have arrived at the place so few ever get to. Buying products every month whether there is an opportunity to make money or not!!

Staring At A Menu

My wife and I went to grab a bite to eat and then went to a movie last night. As I was sitting in the restaurant looking at the menu my mind started to wonder. As I was reading through all the choices I couldn't help but think about all the articles I've been reading about what's in the food we eat. Those articles are pretty frightening because they all talk about the chemicals that are in and on the food. It also didn't help that I saw the documentary,"Food Inc". If you have never seen it I suggest you rent it , but I must warn you it is very intense. The movie studies the food industry in this country and they don't hold anything back. Again, if you have a weak stomach please don't go see it. My wife walked out of the movie at least three times because she was that upset. It is not all about the chemicals that are in and on our food it is what they do to these animals that is extremely disturbing.

Anyway, back to the menu. I went through all the items in each category and started to realize that there really wasn't anything on this menu that I could eat. Then I began to think about the Isagenix program I'm on and how good I feel not eating a lot of processed foods and other foods that are just empty calories. I am so satisfied because of the nutrient dense food I have every day that I have lost my cravings for basically all food. My body doesn't want for anything because I'm supplying my organs and cells with what they are actually looking for. It is such a simple concept that I have a hard time understanding why more people don't get it. Even when I tell them about this alternative way of looking at food, they just can't grasp the concept of providing your body with nutrition. So what is the problem? People try dieting and a lot of time it works, but then when they stop dieting the weight comes back and often times they gain weight. The big thing now is this Hormone injections or pills you take and eat only 500 calories a day. How safe can that be? By the way, are those people getting any nutrition? Everyone wants a quick fix, but very few people are willing to or have the courage to take a stand and do something good for themselves. The Isagenix products I take helps me get over any thoughts I have about eating because of the formulations of the products. People will try all different diets, but they have a hard time understanding the benefits of this system. I might be too over the top, but then again I also know how good I feel and don't ever want to stop this feeling. EVER!!!

It Is Time For This Marriage

In Robert Kyosaki's new book, "The Business Of The 21st Century", he describes the vehicle that will move products and services through a network of people and it is an industry that has been around for years, called Network Marketing. He basically says that the Network Marketing industry is how you and I will receive our products and make money. We can create our own economy which means we have an opportunity to earn a very nice income by sharing and educating people on the benefits of new products that can help them become healthier and live longer.

I would like to take this thought one step further. I believe it is time to marry two separate industries and have conventional business and network marketing finally tie the knot. There is such a stigma about Network Marketing that is, in my opinion, really not justified. Given the right product, the right company, and the right timing it would be a marriage made in heaven.

An example of this marriage would be Health Insurance companies whose main goal is to provide financial support in exchange for your premiums. If you had an illness or got sick then they would pay a large portion of your medical bills. With the uncertainty of the health care in this country and the rising costs of health care, wouldn't it make sense to truly help people stay out of the doctors office? I believe that would really lower every one's costs.

So how would this work? Right now I'm seeing so many stories all over the news about how companies are exploring new ideas to reduce every one's health costs. I'm sure you have seen some companies that offer discounts if you don't smoke, lose weight, or join a gym. Why not offer someone a discount if they went on a program like Isagenix. Isagenix is transforming lives because of the no compromise products that they deliver and the results are amazing. Giving people a chance to stop eating polluted foods and begin to be proactive in taking care of their insides as well as their outsides. Imagine people getting very healthy and providing an incentive to do so. If you go on this system then you would be entitled to a lower premium.

If an Insurance Company did offer their customers this alternative and the customer signed up for this system under the Insurance Company, then the company could generate an income as more people took advantage of these products. Everyone in this scenario would win because the company is reducing their costs, helping people get their lives back and are taking steps to change the health care system for the better. Instead of paying money for your illness and medications after you get sick, they could reward you for taking action and lower your premiums before you get sick. Kind of like the title of my Blog, WELLNESS REVOLUTION.

Why couldn't an Insurance company be a part of a Network Marketing company, like Isagenix, and offer this incredible product to all of their customers. They would be able to generate an income and actually provide a vehicle for others to get involved and make an income. If I was a customer and took advantage of these products and then I told my family about them, even though they were not insured by the company, they could sign them up for the products and now the Insurance company is reaching more people and deriving an income from those people.

I know it seems like a crazy idea, but is it? A Health Insurance company offering an alternative to our current food system that has been proven to work over and over again. The results are nothing short of amazing. Why would an Insurance company join a company like Isagenix and then offer these products to their customers? Very simply, they are in the business of helping people with their health. The only difference is that they help them after the fact. I'm not telling the Insurance company to make this mandatory, but at least offer it as an alternative just like giving a break for joining a gym. I believe it is time to marry these two industries, so let's prepare for a wedding!!

I Don't Want To Be A Pest, But...

So here is the situation. I have a product that is launching in 5 months that is going to change everything that we know about living longer and healthier. If we just take care of our bodies and take the products that Isagenix developed, we could live a very long healthy life. We wouldn't be dependant on food as we know it. I won't push anyone into selling this product because I'll be happy if they like the product and become a product user. Eventually they are going to tell two people about it. If they did, they could start earning commissions on the people they refer to the products. Maybe I forgot to mention that we are in the beginning of this revolution. Getting in now would be the ideal situation. So I hope no one is affended by me being persistant because that means I care about you. Just know that I want to help thousands of people realize their dreams of better health and incredible wealth.

How much are you willing to invest in yourself? What if you took care of yourself for the next 10,15 or 20 years and you wouldn't need any assistance in an assisted living home or go to the hospital or spend your days taking pills to stay alive? The effects of this new technology will be far reaching and literally will close some industries and usher in new ones.

Don't be left behind because you are afraid that this company is "one of those things". Do your own research and realize that there is another way to make a substantial living while enjoying doing the things you want to do when you want to do them without a thought about the cost. Powerful Thoughts

Ever wonder what got you to the place you are today? You know, the job you have, the money you make, where you live and the relationships you are in? This is a direct relation to the thoughts you have. Most people don't realize that because they are so wrapped up in their current situation that they can't think good thoughts.

Everyone lives in a world of stories. We all make up stories about our current situation which justifies our current situation. I hear a lot of blaming and complaining from people who are mad because they hate their job or don't make enough money. These people are creating a story around their circumstances. This leads me back to your thoughts.

I wish people would realize how powerful their thoughts are and start to utilize them in a positive way. When you are consistently thinking negative thoughts then can you guess what the outcome of those thoughts will be? So if you hate your job or you are not happy in a relationship then you will be stuck with these feelings for a very long time because that is what you are thinking about all the time. You start to have negative feelings about everything in your life and this is a dangerous place to be. You probably feel helpless and hopeless.

If you want to change this pattern you MUST change your THOUGHTS. You are currently where you are because of the thoughts you had in the past. I am here to tell you that you have the ability to change those thoughts now for the future. Changing your thoughts seems like a simple thing to do except if it was so simple everyone would do it and you wouldn't be in the situation your are today. So how do you change your thoughts when you don't see any light at the end of the tunnel? How do you turn your current circumstances around when you hate your job and you are just not happy?

No one said it was going to be easy, but then nothing in life is worth anything if you don't work for it. So, here are my suggestions to change your life around. Begin by sitting down in a quiet place and start to formulate in your head what you want your life to look like. Be clear on those thoughts and get specific. Don't just say "I want to be rich." Your thoughts should generate a feeling of happiness and well being. What would make you happy? Once you have a very clear image of the life you want to have, then begin moving in the direction of those thoughts. They can be small steps, but you must take action and move towards that goal. While you are doing this continue to sit and think of this happy place on a daily basis. You want to feel good all the time. The next thing to do is write out on some 3x5 cards positive affirmations and stick them on your mirror. An example would be, "Life is so wonderful" or " My income is constantly increasing". When you wake in the morning and go to bed at night, say these affirmations looking at yourself in the mirror.

If you are consistent at these two practices on a daily basis it will have a profound effect on your life. I'm not telling you this because it sounds hokey, I'm telling you this because it has worked for me. By doing these exercises, my life has changed and all of those negatives thoughts have disappeared. So STOP blaming and complaining and turn your life around with positive thinking. Do you know why you can do it? Because ANYONE can if they make the effort.

"How Much Does It Cost?"

Once I get through my presentation and educating people on the benefits of eating nutrient dense food, the next question is always, "How much does it cost?" My answer is always the same. "If you buy the products or if you don't". You see, there is a cost both ways. If you don't buy the products then you are going to be like that frog in the boiling water story. You know the one where if you throw a frog in boiling water, he'll jump out right away. If, however, you place the frog in warm water and turn up the heat, he'll never know what hit him.

What does a frog in boiling water have to do with anything, especially the cost of Isagenix products. Stick with me and I'll explain. If you don't radically change the way you eat and what you eat, over time all the pollutants that are in the foods you eat will have an effect on your body in the future. Even though the pollutants are in low doses, you are still putting them into your body so over time it WILL have an effect on your system. I'm referring to pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, antibiotics, hormones and steroids that are injected and sprayed on the foods you eat. You are ingesting all of these things on a daily basis. I believe that if you don't stop ingesting these things, then down the road your medial bills will go up. Do you think that the cost of health care is going to go down? I know, you feel like your going to miss something if you don't eat your favorite foods, but please stop and think about what you are really doing to yourself. Maybe not today, but in the future!

Don't get comfortable and continue eating the way you do because after awhile you're going to wake up and say, "I don't feel so good and I don't understand why". Don't be like that frog, get out of the water NOW!
