The Cost Of Health Care

With all the talk about Obamacare and the effects it will have on our society I have to stop and wonder why more people aren't doing something about it. After all, we are in control of our own health and yet the majority of Americans don't take it seriously. You have to ask yourself a question, "Is health care going to cost more or less in the future?" If history repeats itself and we move toward a European system then I'm going to have to answer that question by saying health care is going to go up. Then again, even if we don't move in that direction health care is going to increase in cost.

So why don't people invest more in themselves and take care of their insides? If your car engine is in disrepair wouldn't you take it to a mechanic and have them fix it? There are things you can do to avoid that situation and that is by taking care of the engine before problems happen. Changing the oil every 3-5 thousand miles, rotate the tires, flush the system on a regular basis. These are preventative measures that do cost money, but the cost is far less than waiting for the car to break down.

Our bodies are no different in that if we take care of them up front then we can save on costly repairs in the end. For some reason Americans don't think that way. It almost seems like they are under the impression that when the body goes there is nothing they can do about it. So they enjoy life and eat what they want, smoke and don't exercise until it is too late to do anything about it. That is the current health care system as we know it. Neglect the body then go to a doctor to have him prescribe medications to fix the problem.

As a society we keep masking the problem of health care. As individuals we have to take the responsibility to correct this situation by taking care of ourselves before the problem becomes very costly. Is there a cost to preventative measures? Of course there is, but it is a lot less then waiting for the problem to get larger and in the end cost a small fortune.

The solution to many of our problems is quite simple. Start eating nutrient dense super food that has all the essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs and none of the pollutants that are in our current food system. By reducing the caloric intake without sacrificing nutrients the body will respond with delight. Another simple solution and one that is done by a very small percentage of people is to cleanse the body of impurities. Remember the car oil that you have to change frequently? Well the body needs to be cleaned as well. I'm speaking of a whole body cellular cleanse where impurities are removed from the body so it can function to its maximum efficiency.

Our bodies are amazing and if we treat it well it will treat us well. By taking simple steps we can now control our own health and the cost of our health care. In a tight economy we do many things to reduce our costs and this should be no different. By shifting your food money to healthy alternatives like Isagenix you will save tons of money now and in the years ahead.
